$20 for 20 Years

20 Years of Serving Manitowoc County Homeless
Since 2005, Hope House of Manitowoc County has been a vital resource for homeless families in our community. What began as a rotating shelter hosted by local churches has grown into a permanent, welcoming facility located at 1000 South 35th Street in Manitowoc.
In 2017, our Board of Directors made the pivotal decision to establish a permanent site, allowing us to better serve families in need. Today, our facility can accommodate up to 35 individuals and includes shared spaces such as a living room, dining room, playroom, and laundry room.
Hope House operates as a 90-day transitional program, helping families regain stability and move toward independence. Through personalized case management, life skills training, and assistance in accessing essential services, we empower our residents to build a brighter future. While school-age children attend school during the day, parents have the opportunity to work, connect with resources, and actively participate in their case plans.
Join Our $20 for 20 Years Campaign
To commemorate two decades of service, we are launching our “$20 for 20 Years” fundraising campaign. Your contribution will help us continue providing the vital services and supplies our families need to thrive.
Every donation—no matter the size—makes a meaningful difference. Thank you for supporting Hope House and the families of Manitowoc County.
